Goddam it, i thought this was about Brighton’s second club, Hollingbury Hawks.

If you watch the show, when we score the player runs to the crowd and is swamped by the Hollingbury Hawks Under 11/ 12's/ 13's! There were about 50 there as mascots on the day!

I used to play for Hawks, we were terrible, did no justice to the red and white hoops.

Yeah, I don’t think the Hawks set the highest bar to be honest. The U13’s boys are doing alright in Sussex Sunday Division 1 and they have a brilliant girls set up.
Did you know that Russell Martin is Hawks alumni and once scored 90 odd goals in a season?

When I was playing for them, probably around 94-98, all the age categories were really good... except ours
Adam Virgo was in our team but left for Brighton shortly after I joined.
