I know from previous threads there is a large following of Annie Lennox fans amongst the board, one of Scotland and indeed Britains greatest ever musical exports and a staple of the recored player in the crodo household, but what is her greatest ever song?

???

Can't stand her, used her set during Live8 for a toilet break.

I heard her rendition of Silent Night on the radio over the weekend. Beautiful.

I also remember being at a gig in Brighton years back when she called the show to a halt to call out some cock who was - I believe - giving some girl a hard time. Total respect.

I always liked Love Is A Stranger.

Switch off or over whenever she comes on the radio. One of those singers who does absolutely nothing for me. I did enjoy her Under Pressure duet with Bowie in the Freddie Mercury tribute concert though, which was a surprise.

The first couple of Eurythmics singles were genuine classics.

After that, she became a bit too shouty and preachy for me. Also seemed to win Best Female at the Brits about 16 years in a row, irregardless of whether or not she’d even released anything that year, which became painfully tedious.

I only really like her voice alongside a dirty 80s synth so sweet dreams and also love is a stranger as Eurythmics.
I don't know if was a conscious desicion but it seemed like Eurythmics started to be more about Annie Lennox voice and I think they lost something in the process.
