Wonder why the U18s are playing 4-4-2 (if they actually are). Isn't the idea to have continuity running through all the age groups to the senior team?
Or can we expect to see the first team playing 4-4-2 in about 5 years time?

It’s not as if the first team play a consistent formation. I am also not sure I’d take much notice in the formation shown here either

If they are good they might be able to help you out of division 1 in five years or so, once your clowns of a first team do the right thing. Doing their bit today also
