More and more I find myself standing during spells of our games and I find it the most normal thing.

Wife’s just gone to bed and told me to sit down!

Anyone else doing this?

so she didn't invite you to bed for the final score ???
regards
DF

She’ll be in for a surprise when I come to bed. I’ll be looking for some excitement after a pretty dull 2nd half!

I stand up for all games, usually 20 feet from the screen, in the kitchen zone, near the medication.

If its game over I occasionally retire to the sofa, or switch off!

I used to stand but a steward knocked on the door and told me to sit down.

I'm up and down all game. Never stand for any length of time though, usually just leaning forward when we press, followed swiftly by slumping back in the seat and swearing at a squandered chance.
The cat has long left the room by this point and the Mrs just disapprovingly shakes her head slowly while telling me how unnecessary it all is.

Start off calmly sat down then gradually get more agitated, louder, stood behind sofa then pacing the room and yelling.

That's just the build up to the team being announced.

Still, it's only a game.

Will be glad to be back at the Amex for the next game: North Stand behind the goal where can hopefully stand, yell, sing, cheer and rejoice without frightening the cat or the missus.
