The Apple Health App has data export functionality. I have been trying to find the export file specification/definition with no luck. It must be available, and I presume publicly available.

Can a young person help me with this?

Thanks but I’m after the file specification. Unless I’m missing something I couldn’t see this in the link?

I think it is an .xml

Actually it looks like it puts it into a .zip file, but within that is an .xml
