Same as most days for me, why up the calories and quantity at the start of the day???

It's a marathon, not a sprint!

I agree. I have a massive lunch ahead of me, I don't want to be full for that.

I have the same breakfast as usual - muesli and fruit - and am ready to pig out later

Likewise, all being well, a fresh smoothie, a coffee, 5k run with the dog, maybe a poached ogg or two on toast around 10am . . . .

won't do lunch until around 3

3?

That's nearly teatime. You must be absolutely ravenous by then. We have a full english around 7:30am and then start lunch by shortly after noon.

Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, toast and some decent fizz.

Ah, the 2018 vintage...

What do you have in your household around 7pm , I’m guessing party snacks, baked spuds and sausage rolls?

Probably a couple of turkey cobs, pickled onions, pringles, pigs in blankets etc.

How can you eat so much. Have you got worms?

I'm a big fella I won't lie, Mrs Crodo is hardly small either, but we're happy.

If you can't feast through the winter holidays, then when can you?

I'm no shrinking violet. I spent most of the weekend working outdoors, physical stuff, (house renovations) and now its turned colder one does get hungry! TBH we'll have one BIG meal on xmas day, a decent breakfast, but we tend to graze. We will have a cheese board. I say board . . .pool table :drool:
