The classic combination: a cheddar, a blue, a goat and a stinky one.

Don't know what yet but Brighton Blue is a good one. Maybe a bit of Stinking Bishop although I really like Maroilles. I'm generally too full to eat anything after the nut roast and pud. The cheese board and port is for the evening when searching the channels to avoid Mrs Brown's Boys.

Jesus do you know I’d completely forgotten about our families cheese needs this xmas what with all the goings on.......

Going to reintroduce Gorgonzola or at least Dolcelatta this year. (For me)



As an aside I overdosed on cheese one xmas eve.
