[Albion] When do we hear ballot results

[MENTION=12101]Mellotron[/MENTION] I don’t think they will be switching the windows around for fairness. The ballot will determine your window and that is random.

I’m confused as to when the ticket exchange comes in though? I assume if you are in a priority group 1, don’t decide to go and no other season ticket holder buys your ticket, your credit balance is charged for the ticket, however before this you have the option to sell this to members on the ticket exchange.

It seems unlikely that many tickets will end up on the exchange though as it will be offered to all STH’s first. I assume a STH missing their window has the option to buy on the exchange in the same way a member does

Is this right?

I think every match has a new ballot for which priority group STHs will be put into. From what Barber has said previously being selected in the ballot for 1 game doesn't change anything for the next game. It's a fresh ballot each time.



Having to log in and actually select tickets if you've been picked in the ballot is a much better idea than being assigned a ticket automatically. Means if you don't want go then just don't select your ticket and let it be offered to others who do want to go.

No, you don’t actually have a ticket as a result of the ballot therefore there is nothing to sell on the exchange. The ballot simply determines which purchase window you are in. Think if it as a random generator (instead of loyalty points) for the right to buy a ticket.

I.E. Game 1
Priority order - 1, 2, 3, 4

Game 2
4, 3, 2, 1

Game 3
2, 3, then 1 or 4 (doesn't matter which, just switch it round next time)

and so on. Or is that just too much?

Agreed on scrapping opt outs - pointless atm with such low crowds anyway, also a little unfair to penalise say an 80 year old for opting out, whilst there is still a fair bit of the virus around.
