User banned fairly much at his own request. To be clear for everyone though:

1) He was thread banned by one moderator
2) He was then warned by another moderator for restarting the posts in the Bear Pit
3) He was also offered a way out / final chance by the whole moderating team. This was sent by PM by a third moderator

All warnings were deliberately and provocatively ignored.
