[Misc] Remembrance Sunday

As every year, this year, apart from the number of attendees, will be no different as it is to every other year. I think it's absolutely critical that we keep continuing the annual tradition of remembrance week and I'm sure we will.

I'll never forget going to see my Great Great Uncle's grave in Beaumont-Hamel, 100 years to the day that he died on the Somme. We all cried as soon as we found his Grave, it was shocking to see how young all of the fallen were and it was humbling how they still commemorate the sacrifices we made, over in Northern France, by flying the Union Jack.

It felt very much as if we were together as one over there. I'll be going back next year for the 105th anniversary of his death.

Has anyone else got any stories that are relevant to today and Remembrance week?
