Apparently the family of one of the British victims, Geoff Campbell, is trying to get an inquest opened in this country to rexamine the cause of death. It would be interesting to know what other British families such as those of our own Robert Eaton think.
OK, we're having fun, but I strongly advise you to watch yourself. Invoking the name of the Eatons in conspiracy theories about 911 is beyond the pale and "our own" is more than a little strong when the only threads you pop up on are left wing political ones, while many on this board raise money in his name year after year.
It would be "interesting" if you could prove anything. "A bit odd" won't cut it at an inquest and it won't cut it on here. Proof. Not questions and insinuations.

Titanic was still under construction in Belfast. The ships identities were subsequently switched, and a plot hatched to stage an incident at sea as part of an insurance claim. Rescue ships were waiting in a predetermined area, but the plan failed following another accidental collision, and a sinking with massive loss of life occurred as a result.

Marx & the Rothschild connection
Karl Marx was related to the Rothschild family. Not particularly close, but his grandmother Nanette Barent-Cohen was the cousin of Henriette Barent-Cohen, who was married to Nathan Mayer Rothschild. Its not the closest of relations, but considering the Rothschild family was the most successful banking family at the time, while Marx propagated for a development that would naturally result in a "world bank" - the coincidence turns remarkable. Imagine if i.e. Boris was related, even distantly, to someone who would make a fortune out of a no-deal Brexit: surely you would find it interesting?
A couple of controversial (anti-semitic*) remarks have been made about this. Marx socialist rival, Bakunin, was convinced there was something shady about it:
"“Himself a Jew, Marx has around him, in London and France, but especially in Germany, a multitude of more or less clever, intriguing, mobile, speculating Jews, such as Jews are every where: commercial or banking agents, writers, politicians, correspondents for newspapers of all shades, with one foot in the bank, the other in the socialist movement, and with their behinds sitting on the German daily press — they have taken possession of all the newspapers — and you can imagine what kind of sickening literature they produce. Likewise, another supposedly impactful and either Zionist or anti-semitic (if it was faked) text, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, also refers to Marxism as one of its "tools".
It is mentioned in the third point of the second protocol, previous two points included for a bit of context (I'm just going to suppose that people have not read the protocols):
1. It is indispensable for our purpose that wars, so far as possible, should not result in territorial gains: war will thus be brought on to the economic ground, where the nations will not fail to perceive in the assistance we give the strength of our predominance, and this state of things will put both sides at the mercy of our international AGENTUR; which possesses millions of eyes ever on the watch and unhampered by any limitations whatsoever. Our international rights will then wipe out national rights, in the proper sense of right, and will rule the nations precisely as the civil law of States rules the relations of their subjects among themselves.
2. The administrators, whom we shall choose from among the public, with strict regard to their capacities for servile obedience, will not be persons trained in the arts of government, and will therefore easily become pawns in our game in the hands of men of learning and genius who will be their advisers, specialists bred and reared from early childhood to rule the affairs of the whole world. Now if there was/is a Zionist* conspiracy, I dont think anyone would question the Rothschilds being a part of this hypothetical conspiracy - making the shared blood more significant.
Hitler & the Rothschild connection
While Marx biological relation to the Rothschilds is confirmed and unlikely to be challenged by anyone, the Hitler relation is more speculative but not particularly far-fetched.
Walter C Langer, a psychoanalyst and former CIA (or rather the precursor, OSS) worker, who wrote the book "The Mind of Adolf Hitler" in the early 70s summarise it in a convinient way so that I won't have to:
"There are some people who seriously doubt that Johann Georg Hiedler was the father of Alois. Thyssen and Koehler, for example, claim that Chancellor Dollfuss had ordered the Austrian police to conduct a thorough investigation into the Hitler family. As a result of this investigation a secret document was prepared that proved that Maria Anna Schicklgruber was living in Vienna at the time she conceived. At that time she was employed as a servant in the home of Baron Rothschild. As soon as the family discovered her pregnancy she was sent back to her home in Spital where Alois was born. If it is true that one of the Rothschilds is the real father of Alois Hitler, it would make Adolf a quarter Jew. According to these sources, Adolf Hitler knew of the existence of this document and the incriminating evidence it contained. In order to obtain it he precipitated events in Austria and initiated the assassination of Dollfuss. According to this story, he failed to obtain the document at that time since Dollfuss had secreted it and had told Schuschnigg of its whereabouts so that in the event of his death the independence of Austria would remain assured. Several stories of this general character are in circulation."
Furthermore there are other interesting coincidences that links Hitler to the Rothschilds, but none as strong as this. It should be noted that plenty of serious (and non-serious) historians states that Salomon Rothschild was very promiscous and put his cock into women of all shapes, sizes... and ages.
Of those believing Hitler had Jewish heritage, there is generally two directions: some states that he hated this fact and therefore wanted to conceal it, others believe that he was working for the Zionist cause. The first belief probably doesnt need a longer explanation, but the second might:
Hitler and his relationship with the Zionist* leaders is a very sensitive subject generally and specifically to a lot of Orthodox jews who believe that the Zionist leaders in Europe and America betrayed the Jewish people in multiple ways.
As Rabbi Lieberrman writes, referring to post-war author Domb who wrote "The Millions That Could Have Been Saved":
"It is an historical fact that in 1941 and again in 1942, the German Gestapo offered all European Jews transit to Spain, if they would relinquish all their property in Germany and Occupied France; on condition that: a) none of the deportees travel from Spain to Palestine; and b) all the deportees be transported from Spain to the USA or British colonies, and there to remain; with entry visas to be arranged by the Jews living there; and c) $1000.00 ransom for each family to be furnished by the Agency, payable upon the arrival of the family at the Spanish border at the rate of 1000 families daily.
The Zionist leaders in Switzerland and Turkey received this offer with the clear understanding that the exclusion of Palestine as a destination for the deportees was based on an agreement between the Gestapo and the Mufti.
The answer of the Zionist leaders was negative, with the following comments: a) ONLY Palestine would be considered as a destination for the deportees. b) The European Jews must accede to suffering and death greater in measure than the other nations, in order that the victorious allies agree to a "Jewish State" at the end of the war. c) No ransom will be paid This response to the Gestapo's offer was made with the full knowledge that the alternative to this offer was the gas chamber.
These treacherous Zionist leaders betrayed their own flesh and blood. Zionism was never an option for Jewish salvation. Quite the opposite, it was a formula for human beings to be used as pawns for the power trip of several desperadoes. A perfidy! A betrayal beyond description!
In 1944, at the time of the Hungarian deportations, a similar offer was made, whereby all Hungarian Jewry could be saved. The same Zionist hierarchy again refused this offer (after the gas chambers had already taken a toll of millions).
The British government granted visas to 300 rabbis and their families to the Colony of Mauritius, with passage for the evacuees through Turkey. The "Jewish Agency" leaders sabotaged this plan with the observation that the plan was disloyal to Palestine, and the 300 rabbis and their families should be gassed."
Another upsetting (and yes, to a lot of Jews as well) and interesting link between the Hitler regime and the Zionist leadership is the latter offering its services to the supposed Jew hater Hitler. The small but important Zionist organisation (Lehi / Stern Gang) made this proposal to the Germans during the war:
"The NMO which is very familiar with the goodwill of the German Reich government and its officials towards Zionist activities within Germany and the Zionist emigration program takes the view that: 1.Common interests can exist between a European New Order based on the German concept and the true national aspirations of the Jewish people as embodied by the NMO. 2.Cooperation is possible between the New Germany and a renewed, folkish-national Jewry. 3.The establishment of the Jewish state on a national and totalitarian basis, and bound by treaty, with the German Reich, would be in the interest of maintaining and strengthening the future German position of power in the Near East.
On the basis of these considerations, and upon the condition that the German Reich government recognize the national aspirations of the Israel Freedom Movement mentioned above, the NMO in Palestine offers to actively take part in the war on the side of Germany.
This offer by the NMO could include military, political and informational activity within Palestine and, after certain organizational measures, outside as well. Along with this the "Jewish" men of Europe would be militarily trained and organized in military units under the leadership and command of the NMO. They would take part in combat operations for the purpose of conquering Palestine, should such a front be formed."
So... thats the extended but not complete version of the bloodbands and ideological ties between the Zionist leadership and Marx/Hitler.
* = I want to be very clear that I have nothing against Jews as a "race" or religion and that the conspiracy is not "Jewish", but Masonic and while including some significant Jewish players, the organisation overall is global and involving people from (probably) all races and ethniticities. That i.e. Bakunin and others were unaware of the global power of Masonic organisations and instead refers to Jews is not that odd, as more and more information on the Masonic power has been revealed for the last hundred years or so.
There are several serious points though. One of them is hidden away on the Covid sub forum, the Sasha Baron-Cohen take on events (posted twice by [MENTION=6886]Bozza[/MENTION] ) which I'll leave for him to reproduce here, or not.
Instead, I'll focus on the genuine harm done to terror victims by conspiracy theories.
Jon Ronson's book The Psychopath Test talks about conspiracy theory and its harm, particularly with regard to David Shayler and the 7/7 London bombings. Now:
1) I am recommending a book - CTs also do this
2) The book is in the "gonzo journalist" style, so what I am about to post are interviews and observations, not scientific evidence
So this one is in the "make your own mind up" category. I can live with that.
Rachel North, one of the 7/7 victims, wrote a blog about the bombing. She did it, partly as catharsis and partly because she was part of a support group. It was trolled. Here was an example of how, and its effect on her. Book quotes are in italics.
"what comes through again is their complete lack of empathy. They would, for example, cut and paste the most harrowing descriptions of emergency services officers of going into carriages................stepping over body parts and stepping over the crater on the floor. They'd post this and you couldn't read it without wanting to weep and then they would say 'Ah! See? The hole appears to be on the RIGHT hand side'."
But kudos to her, she decided to confront them at one of their meetings. She did this because they started a new conspiracy called "Rachel North doesn't exist".
"as she climbed the stairs she felt worried about what these ferocious Internet presences would be like. She imagined them to be physically menacing. ........(then she) opened the door and saw a room filled with quiet, small, nerdy looking men. Some were staring awkardley into their pints."
But the speaker of the night turned out to be Shaylor himself.
"He said 7/7 never happened. There were vigerous nods from the crowd. The world had been fooled by a brilliant lie. Rachel couldn't take it any longer. 'I was in the CARRIAGE'."
Maybe you're a fan of Ronson. Maybe you've never heard of him. Maybe you regard him as a shill. But would you risk putting the family of a terror victim through that so that you could be right on the internet?

I've been a conspiracy theorist since I was 18, when I read "Brave New World" and shortly thereafter absolutely everything Huxley.
Huxley perhaps wasnt a conspiracy theorist per se - he probably wouldnt have been too outspoken about it if it was the case - but a lot of his works revolve around the hypothetical control of humans. As he repeated multiple times - if the German regime could use the radio to brainwash millions of well-educated, intellectual people - then just imagine what you could do with TV.
This opened the rabbit hole for me: to what extent has this already been done throughout history? To what extent is it being done? To what extent will it be done? And what is the purpose and direction?
All of these thoughts made me read everything you are not "supposed" to read to understand this "spider-web", as I believe it to be - there's highly fascinating links between different "conspiracy theories" and impactful events (technological jumps, ideological changes, wars, 9/11, you name it).
I reached the conclusion that the world is not as random as it seems. It has a definite direction, there is a plan moving forward and for multiple reasons this direction can not and will not be revealed until the finish line is reached.
Regardless if I'm right or wrong on the subject of the conspiracy, I can definitely say its not as simple as "its all bullshit". Those who simplify it in that manner are, as I see it, simply not open to the suggestion that some things are not what they seem. I understand this position, as it is a lot more comforting to believe that things are as they are told they are, but... you miss out on a lot if you dont open your mind.
