Sorry in advance if this has been covered already in detail on here but..................

Just checked my bank statement for this month and no direct debit payment was taken on 1st October for my season ticket in the North

Is that the same for everyone? (i.e. payments suspended) Have they temporarily stopped taking dd payments?

Yes, stopped after 6 payments. You can now claim a refund if you want (should have had an email)

No. If you opted to gift the club last years' money ( and didn't take a payment holiday ) then the last payment is November 1st.
