Another home brew, alcohol Content ended up a bit low but it is not bad. Amber ale with a lot of bitter and a touch of IPA grapefruit.

Cooking dinner - Harvey’s Southdown Harvest, golden ale, well chilled, superb.
With dinner (lambs liver) - a superb Negroamaro Primitovo Italian red wine.
After dinner - chevalier cognac from Aldi, great value, and really superb quality.
