Magnifica 70
When I binge watched the Brazilian drama Magnifica 70 on Channel 4's "Walter Presents" about the erotic film industry and censorship during the time of the military junta I was quite intrigued by the theme song. It turned out that the female sounding vocals were actually sung by a man and the song by Secos & Molhados was contemporary of the time in which the drama was set...

I remember this from the late 1960's. Alfred Marks was superb as a private detective. Plus one series filmed in Brighton . He died only a few years ago in his nineties. Haunting theme tune that takes me back

Alfred Burke - he played a private dick called Marker though. Alfred Marks was another kind of actor: he specialised in comedy

God, these have taken me back, late 60's and 70's. All my ones have been mentioned, Flashing Blade, White Horses,and the rest, but for music that nailed the program you really cant beat this one

Used to love Grizzly Adams - and was gutted when Dan Haggerty died a few years ago. Surprised to see it only ran for 2 seasons though...thought it was more!
