I could be wrong, but I think that if you have 25 or fewer (over-21, per the PL definition) professionals registered to you, you have to name them all in your squad.

In order to play for the U-23s Crofts is registered as a professional, and as we only have 24 non-21s who are not out on loan they have all been named in the squad.

I'm not fully up to speed with current form of all those U-21s but that is some conveyor belt of young talent.

Lamptey, Karbownik, Ostigard, Van Hecke, Roberts, Baluta, Moder, Molumby, Zuqiri, Connolly would make up a pretty exciting outfield right there.

It isn't an error. They are still Albion's players. In previous seasons they have been listed, so nothing different this time around.
