I wouldn't go that far. I've seen clips of him speaking French and he's anything but fluent.
Mind you, it's one step further than Trump who struggles to be fluent in English

About as fluent as he is in french
Some people may think you are gullible, but I couldn't possibly comment.
Other than to say personally, I wouldn't trust him to order two beers in any European bar

well they cant be THAT different according to the GBP. Apparantly a recent poll had TRUMP get re-elected with a massive majority - or at least he would do if in the UK. Guess people see their similarities more than their differences and like him.
