Today Brighton Women take on Arsenal in the Womens Super League at Crawley. Arsenal have won all 3 of their league matches this season scoring 18 goals so whilst I'm always positive that we will do well, this will be a tough game and getting anything out of it will be a major result for the Albion. We did manage to hold Man City to a 0-0 a draw a few weeks ago so it is possible though!

Kick off is at 12.30pm and is live on the BBC Red Button.

Lets hope Hope Powell getting manager of the month, doesn't put the mockers on Albion's progress.

It's a free hit as anything under 4-0 is an improvement in the league
