Just googled this and saw the incident with the player getting his ankle busted. Horrible injury but not sure why the other player was sent off when the injured player made the tackle.

Whatever we might think of the club’s recruitment strategy ( I Like it) this is a great story: we bought him from Orient 3 years ago, age 19, and turned him into an international.

On for last 16 minutes when 3-0 up against the crappiest team in SA. Not sure what that proves.

BTW, when looking through to see result, saw that a whole bunch of games in North/Central America group , including the gripping fixture of US Virgin Islands v Antigua and Barbuda, were postponed. Was that due to hurricane? Not heard of a big one so far.

It proves the coach has faith in him. Yes, 3-0 up but goal difference counts so it wasn't like he would just try a few experiments with the game sewn up.
