Might have trouble getting it in the envelope but if you do I'm sure the post office will sell you a stamp for it.

If you mean email an mp3.... yes you can. Attach the file as you would a photo. If you want to post something from your iTunes library on nsc you're probably best off finding it on you tube or posting a link.
