I agree, it is - but I still think they are on the brink - unless the open up they will be in trouble.

The Eastbourne Borough CEO makes a good case in his article, especially about the dividing line to be considered “elite” sport. It is true that E B have a strong community presence and a cracking clubhouse. The town would miss them if they folded.
