I imagine delayed until they know whether stadiums are going to have crowds or not in October (seems bloody unlikely)

I think all games are televised until fans return, so will be on BT, Sky, BBC or Amazon. The club website should list which, though they say tomorrow's game is on Sky Pick (free channel) though the channel listings don't mention it.
I think cheapest options are NowTV daily (£9.99 one off) or monthly (£5.99 recurring) passes, if you can make their app work, and monthly subscription to BT Sport via EE if they are your phone provider. Both can be switched on and off once we go back to normal. Other option is Hesgoal. com (free, on slight delay, maybe not entirely legal...)

It's not, it's £10 via the EFL Ifollow service to stream it.

NB: Pick has moved on FreeView when you retune (34 from 11). No HD either, whereas on FreeSat it is.
