[Help] Season tickets - ballot

Hi, forgive me if this has been asked before but I can't find it in a search, Was the ballot put in place for tonight's game? I assumed we would get an email either way. Also logging into my account I can't see any way of opting out for future fixtures, not that I want to but just thought there would be something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

There are no fans there tonight.

We have not been told of the arrangements for selecting groups to attend with and ballots for games. Given the current climate however, it may be longer than the start of October that was the original aim.
