Ultimately, despite the headline, this is good news.
The Supporters Trust seem to be happy with Sandgaard as the new owner and the lawyer who stopped Elliot getting the injuction was a Charlton season ticket holder.

Hopefully this is the start of the end of the sorry mess their supporters have been put through over the last 6 years.
