Yes, transfers to/from every club in other countries leagues is over at 11pm tomorrow, the only exception is transfers to/from the English football league which is still available.
After 11pm its the championship, league 1 and league 2 left.
Still a few options there like Welbeck, King, Deeney, Pukki etc but guess a few of them will be gone by 11pm too.

I dont think so, their value should rise substantially after 11pm.
He was left out of the squad by Huddersfield at the weekend with the transfer deadline in mind, which suggests somebody might be in the process of taking a punt.

Options left for us after PL window closes - I considered those from the championship as potential loans not purchases.
Never mentioned the values as I dont think the clubs will sell those, not all of them anyway. I would hazard a guess that most of those would leave on loan to remove the burden of PL wages and to ensure the parent club has them back if they get promoted.
