most amusing thing, the chap overlooks that if anyone can secure a bike on the railing, and there are too many bikes, others will get the spot on the railings before him.

I can't see my bike on the stand 200 yards away, says cyclist.

Why not take your bike into your home, problem solved.

Any way about time cyclist had to pay for parking :whistle:
