Let it go, at times like this we should all be coalescing around the decent world leaders who are opposed to Putin and his insanity. I'd rather have Biden running the UK rather than the lying clown we have who is trying to compare Brexit to the Ukraine resisting an illegal and unjustified invasion. Wobble your head and think back.

Remember - this is a direct consequence of Ruth Bader Ginsberg refusing to retire due to old age under Obama, handing Trump one of these justices. If she'd have retired as she was encouraged to do they wouldn't have this majority, you can blame the big bad orange man all you want, but this final chapter of abortion rights was written before Trump even for the GOP nomination. This is once again stubborn democrats insisting they know best handing power to the GOP. Biden can release any statement he wants, the fact is he said himself he would codify RvW when he won the White House, 2 years later that hasn't happened. It's just yet another failed promise, showing the Democrats aren't fit for purpose, the US needs alternatives to the two parties being presented, it's a joke.

surely these are all technicalities. the actual change will be applied in state legislatures, and it will be Republican leaning ones that will enact strong anti-abortion laws, right? find it bizarre this is even a major political issue in a modern country.
