I’m hoping none of those 3 as I’m not convinced they will be good enough .

I would be happier if we signed someone like Josh king who could play just behind Maupay, I think that would be a good combination . Alternatively someone like Jessie Lingard. Yes he hasn’t scored many for Utd but I think he would do better for us . Pace and power is what we need up front .

I’ve just got a feeling that Villa are all over that one. As we beat them to Maupay, they will go big on Watkins to the extent that value is lost.

I believe we could get Nunez for up to £15m cheaper and he seems like a great prospect.

My top 3 would be:

1. Nunez
2. Edouard
3. Watkins

Gonzales got two goals in 30 games in the Bundesliga, not a 1 in 3 goal ratio. Played in second division, Bundesliga 2, last season.

Eduard and Nunez both seem interesting, wouldnt be surprised if its none of these three in the end however.

Edouard is a cut above all I think. But by far the hardest one to land. I like Núñez though, he looks the best out of the more realistic signings. I’ve been banging the Edouard drum for weeks so will take full responsibility if he SINGS :)

Out of the 3 options I’ve selected Odsonne Edouard as I feel he’s the type of striker we need and could adapt quickly to the league and our style of play. I do think Celtic might want more than we’re willing to spend or / and other clubs will show come in due him. Another option I like is Karlan Grant and I wouldn’t be surprised if he figures on the clubs ‘potential’ list.

Gonzalez is more of a left winger so him and Édouard.

Still expecting the club to sing someone that hasn't been mentioned yet.
