Mrs Crodo has got me on a diet, trying to shift down a size from XXXL to XXL, as such I am drinking plenty of healthy juice instead of fizzy drinks, and to be honest some of the juices are very good. What's your favourite juice?

???

Where's the option for Celebrity Juice Crodo? I would have thought you'd be a big fan

I’m on slimming world and they use syns. Juice is bad on this diet and Diet Coke is syn free. I’m a sucker for fresh apple and pineapple juice though

Apple and Mango...however lots of sugar in fruit juice so you don't want too much of it.

Check the labels. There may be just as many calories in the juice.

I'm giving another vote for water.

I've lost 40 kilos in the past 30 months. Basically by reading labels and finding options with less calories that I enjoy just as much. Coupled with walking uphill for an hour a day.

Have you got a go kart for getting down hills ?

BoT . . . some natural juice with fizzy water is a good compromise, the chamicals in fizzy cans are not a good option for anyone regardless of size/age/weight

Most of the juice you buy is full of sugar.
I'm currently on a detox to try and clear my skin up from eczema.
Bought a proper juicer last week.
Been having apple, celery, cucumber, avocado juices for the past 4 days [emoji44]

Thanks for the advice gents, I've been drinking orange juice with breakfast and then prunce juice in the afternoon instead of soft drinks. I know water is healthier but I can't get the taste and fruit juice does seem to give me a bit of an enregy boost as soft drinks did, otherwise I feel like I'm falling asleep at my desk mid afternoon.
