Please bring proof of purchase with you for admission - this can be a note of the booking number, print out, or image on phone.
If you wish to enter close to start time, please arrive 10 mins before start time, and queue in 2m gaps from others who are not in your household.
For anyone arriving after start time, last admission is 20 mins before end of session.
Please arrive "beach ready", since we do not have changing rooms available. No lockers are available.
You will be allowed to change on the lawn if needed. We will allow changing in the disabled bathroom for people with disabilities.
Toilet access is now (as of 28 July) no longer key access, but 1 person at a time - please sanitise and leave clean.
Admission is by pre-booked ticket only, no tickets are sold on the door for a session. Tickets cannot be transferred to others.
We will admit people as quickly as possible from the start time for the session.
Please follow all life-guarding instructions. We will ask you to get out 5 mins before the session finishes, and leave promptly so the next session can start.
We will have hand-wash and sanitiser on entry and by outdoor showers.
Adults with children are responsible for their under-16s at all times.
We want to remind all attendees that close socialisation (ie under 2m) is allowed only within your household bubble.
Sessions will operate whatever the weather, except in the case of thunder/lightning.
