I treated Mrs V to a posh brekkie this morning, two poached eggs on a bed of home smoked Salmon on top of my home made toasted bread, with lemon hollandaise, a little bit of side salad to decorate and sprinkled with Chives cut from the garden..... I just had a bacon roll.

We went snorkelling before breakfast which was poached egg, baked beans, veggie fingers and 1 slice of toast each.
