Haven't really looked at this competition, are bowling & batting bonus points (a moot point in our case) the same as County Championship?

I've just noticed a friend of mines son is playing!

This looks a very weak line up, I assume we have been fairly frugal in getting players in as all that will get played are a few glorified beer matches?
