Goals aren't the only thing that highlights a players ability. Lamptey's highlight reel, already, is him outpacing Jamie Vardy to get back into position. A couple of quality dribbles down the wing to get out of tight positions, marshalling wingers out of the game, etc.

If the best the Arsenal fans can manage to find of AMN is 2 yard tap ins and a couple of decent passes then either they're not very good at compiling a video or he's one of these players who "do all their work off the ball to make space for others".

According to the Sun ( ), Arteta doesn't want to sell him but the powers that be have decided it's happening. The player wants to stay in London and now Spurs have thrown their hat into the ring, along with Palace, West Ham and Fulham. Arsenal want 30 million but "might have to settle for 20 mill".

This is what I heard from an Arsenal fan yesterday. Arteta is really pleased with how far he's come on, but he's being told to sell because he they (the hierachy) don't want him on the books next season.

You focused on the goals. That vid of AMN showed pace, one touch passing, skills, awareness, composure, and strength on the ball. Of course you can't read too much into a shot video but it gave a good all round impression (to me at least).

"The report adds that Ainsley Maitland-Niles could follow Ceballos out of the club ‘with the 22-year-old apparently feeling untrusted by the Arsenal boss’.
