Ladies winner has just eaten 48.5 hot dogs in 10 minutes which is a new record. She also has a record for 16.5 pints of ice cream in 6 minutes.
You would assume she is a big lass but she is a very trim personal trainer.

Oh yes it was the glorious Competitive Eating film.

So much to mention, but I'll just go with 2 anecdotes, both around the legend that is Kobayashi.
One show had half a dozen competitors.
Above them was a raised bin.
The bin was tipped and a tonne of cows brains fell into a skip in front of the eaters.
Kobayashi won, eating something like 100 kgs of brains.
We was also 'challenged' by a massive Grizzly Bear.
Kobayashi lost that particular encounter.
But listening to the commentators talking through the bears eating technique was magnificent.

Yeah, I like hotdogs but not competitively. It needs to be eaten with copious amounts of alcohol, with the blokes standing around a barbeque, whilst taking the piss out of the women for being, well, women

Went to Nathans at Coney Island in February, well when in you ... know the rest. It's like Harry Ramsdens, tourists do it but not locals. Nothing special but a lining before hitting the brewery next door. Now that was special!

If I wanted to watch ladies eating sausage, I’d probably choose a different channel.

Having seen her technique for eating large amounts of sausage, you wouldn't want to watch her in action on one of those channels
I watch something similar practically every day.
