This current issue has resulted in the full lock-down of a district ....which is an administrative area like a U.K. council. This is as serious as it’s got. I understand the previous ones were all from meat-processing plants and care homes and it was just the people directly involved, plus anyone they came into contact with, who were just asked to self-isolate I believe. Berlin hasn’t had any issues so far and is very open now.
