To be honest he has a point, the retail industry has changed and practices must change to suit. Those of you that have been employed all your lives might not get it, but us self employed and business owners do. If he were fabricating the figures then shoot him down, but he isn't. I watched the first 12 mins, though will watch the rest when I have time. At the end of the day people are in business to make money, if staff are kept happy then all good, if not they can always leave as no one is holding a gun to their heads.
