Correct, The North Korean Rungrado May Day Stadium in Pyongyang is largest. It holds somewhere between 114000 and 150000 people depending on who you believe.
It always used to be. That quiz question was drilled in to me by repeat readings of Shoot and Match annuals and lazy school quiz questions. Admittedly, though, that was "some time ago"
