[Help] Any tradesman with fence building advice...

Having a lockdown meltdown with the neighbours and need a fence built. Are we allowed to hire help during lockdown for this as I'd rather not have to DIY it.

Any help much appreciated.

Twice as long as normal.

Probably a couple of hours or so. Just one side of a small yard garden with a diagonal up to a shed. Simple slats on top of an already existing wall.

Should just take a few minutes, with the cost “just a pint of beer”.
