Not that it affects us but what would be the fairest method to decide who are our representatives in Europe next season? UEFA have taken null and void off the table and have encouraged individual leagues to find their own methodology for deciding European qualifiers. LA Liga are using sporting coefficient of their sides meaning that Atletico, currently outside the CL places will overtake Real Sociedad for a CL spot. Rumours that if in a worst case scenario PL may follow suit, meaning Man Utd will qualify for CL in place of Leicester and Arsenal and Tottenham will qualify for Europa League in place of Sheff Utd and Wolverhampton, good news for the PL in allowing their higher profile clubs more likely to make progress in European competition. Or if on PPG average Sheffield Utd will overtake Wolverhampton for a direct spot in the group stage, although given the PL will not be able to allocate a spot for cup performance it may mean they take the last spot off Wolverhampton and reward Aston Villa for their fine run to the League Cup final.

Fairest method is to finish the season as and when football is able to return.
