Went to Matlock and surrounds a few years ago and bought some Tarts from the pie shoppe in Bakewell - they were unbelievable.

When I was there, we had a supplier who loudly announced he was going round town to look for a tart. Don't know if he ended up with a tart or a pudding though as the shops are close together.

I use a vg car repair/maintenance company many in Crawley called "Kiplings" apparently because some of their building was the original (Crawley) Kiling Cake building.
