It's a throwback to the type of ads that appeared during the Spanish Flu Pandemic over 100 years ago. You'd think we would know better by now...







Mind you, I think this one might have been worth a try....

I don't understand what's misleading? Maybe not clear. It's an advert for a UVC light that can stop viruses spreading, according to your bbc link.
