Yes, that's what I think too. Assuming the 'bottle' is acutally an infinite source of liquid, or it is none.

None because due to PBs requirements to take bottle tops off, when the bottle was knocked over, it emptied far away from the glasses.

Assuming there is beer in the bottle and the bottle holds the same amount of liquid as the glasses, None Because when the liquid reaches the pipe for glass 3 in glass 1, half of the bottle is gone. The remaining half will flow into glass 3 but there won’t be enough to reach the exit pipe to glass 6 as it’s higher than half full.

I studied the picture for a while, and wondered why everyone seemed so sure it was 3! I didn’t notice any pipes were blocked.
