That's not the shape though - arcobaleno is Italian for rainbow. It looks like multicoloured oricchiete

Why not make your own? Pasta machines are cheap and then all you need is 00 flour and eggs...and some time.

Have you tried finding flour? It's like gold dust round here.

Yep.

However - semolina (even coarsely ground) will make bread, cos it's a high gluten flour.

Sorry if you already knew that.

Yes, I know...you're right again. Was only going by the name on the box, and indeed it does look like orecchiette (little ear) - apologies
