[Sussex] Are public toilets closed

My son returns to work next week after two weeks quarantine. He is deemed a key worker and had to visit people in thier homes. For H&S reasons he cannot use customers toilets so usually uses public loos or supermarkets etc.
He mainly works in rural East Sussex so does anyone know if the bogs are open or, if not, can suggest an alternative ? (He’s got a radar key)

Yesterday public bogs at Birling Gap and Beachy Head closed.
More hygienic to piss in a hedge!
Some reports say public bogs closed as scumbags have been taking bog rolls and soap.

Yes public toilets are open I got caught short yesterday while out walking the dog yesterday
