Think we are about two weeks behind the UK in terms of infection rates etc, but we now seem to be acting only a couple of days behind BJs measures. State borders being closed, house parties banned, social gathering discouraged, travel for work allowed if working from home is not available, foreign travel banned, weddings limited to 5 attendees, funerals to 10. Testing times for all, good luck everybody.

Hairdressers open, tattooists closed. Food outlets in shopping malls closed but the mall open........mmmmmm?

I was working in a shopping mall from 5.30 till 9pm on Tuesday fixing a sign at a food outlet.
All the daytime people were gone and I got to experience loads of groups coming in.
Some were groups of kids wirh scooters and bikes. Some were mothers with prams and others were women in their mid to late 30's.
It was like a mass meeting hall and as the mall didn't shut till 10pm what security was there just milled around and chatted to each group.
Even a group of drunk street people came in and were shouting the place down.
It might be an idea to stop shops opening late, this was just in one centre and there are hundreds all over the state.

Not sure if its as much as 2 weeks, inflection rate as 110 / Million, UK is 140. That said, the earlier they act the better.
