Completely missed it last year as everything changed automatically. That would have been unthinkable a few years ago.

Don't wish to bring more bad health news here but just read Matthew Walker's 'Why we sleep' (great book) and apparently after the clocks go forward there is a 24% spike in heart attack rates!
So have a lie in.
