This was out of order today, action needs to taken against this horrible little club

There was a young kid choking next to me in the south stand

Security was a joke today. I went in with a backpack (first for me) and was surprised all they did was pat it down. Not surprised you can get smoke bombs in

If that had happened in the home end the stewards and police would have been all over it.
But in the away end they are scared of a load of spotty teenagers in primark black coats.

Doubt very much will happen as usual when it comes to policing against Palace.

They did manage to stop bottle tops though

Spoke to a copper after the game whilst waiting for the great unwashed to pass and he mentioned how they are sometimes just shoved down there underpants to avoid detection...not a pleasant thought

Have to say we do have a great stadium for a smoke bomb - the way it swirled along the South stand, round the corner and then along to us in the NW was impressive.

Agreed . . . . it was also better than a lot of the football to watch.

It's all very well saying security was a joke, but if you want to complete a full body search, and serach everyone from head to toe, then many people would still be outside the ground come kick-off time.

In any case a smoke bomb is small enough to be concealed easily without detection .

What a pair of absolute morons. To be honest that incident is just as bad as letting off the smoke bomb. It's criminal damage pure and simple.

I can't believe the average Crystal Palace 'fan' would ever consider doing anything like that. Those idiots simply went to commit criminal damage, not watch the football.
