Why is the Amex in the middle of the English Channel?

Not sure I was aware that the Amex was hosting an England game, so that's great news. Will try and get tickets.

How did Leigh manage to host a game? Surely there must be plenty more suitable football stadiums in that area. I never realised that Leigh RMI were still going, let alone in a 12,000 seater stadium.

Actually in the provisional schedule, Brighton will host 3 games - 2 group games including one England game and the first quarterfinal (which would involve England if they win their group):

Its where the Man Utd womens team play. Its a relatively new ground I think

Nothing to do with Leigh RMI. Its the home of Leigh Centurions (rugby League)

Opened in 2008. It is a very BASIC ground.

Man United use it for a lot of women's and age group stuff. The Albion's FA Youth Cup game was played there last season.
