Noooooooo!

I just posted this on the 'covers that spank the original' thread. The original is good, I admit, but....

Music is like football. It's all about opinions.

Or is it? ???

I'll post this on behalf of Mrs T who literally pulls her own ears off whenever this comes up on my iPOD shuffle in the car.

Needless to say I love it.

'Act' is half of the legendary Propaganda, and I have a soft spot for clueless German singers :lolol:

There is nothing remotely appropriate about this cover - but it is, at least, not simply a copy like the other shit I posted above.

That is bloody awful. As is that horrendous cover of Just Like Heaven by Katie Melua

To be fair to Paul Shane, this clip is often presented as though it were him performing his latest single. It’s not. It’s an excerpt from a play he was doing about a washed up singer. He’s in-character and it’s supposed to be a bit crap.

That’s Mike Holoway from The Tomorrow People next to him who, I believe, is playing his son.

Pinky and Perky did many covers.

In retrospect so bad they are almost good:)

Controversial perhaps, because many seem to love it.

The Clash attempting Police and Thieves is painful to my ears.
