Had the pleasure of about a 45 minute chat with Crofty, he talks a lot about his time with the Albion and the transition into coaching. Well worth a listen even if I do say so myself... He's closing in on our club goalscoring record, his goals have basically got us promoted from League One to the PL, and kept us there for two (hopefully soon to be three) seasons. In terms of tangible achievements, I can't think of many other players to rival that when you consider his journey with the club as a whole.
