I see the Cabinet sackings include Julian Smith, the Northern Ireland Secretary, who got the power sharing Executive up and running again. Clearly doing the job you are supposed to do isn't one of the criteria for succeeding in a Boris Johnson Government.

No doubt somebody has a wheels falling off a car GIF available.

Apparently sacked because he said, a while back, that a No deal Brexit would be bad for NI.

About time Dominic Cummings got kicked into touch, wields way too much power

Spot on. This is all Cummings wishing to be the puppet master of every department.

Whatever your political pursuasion....... Fair play to Savid Javid. Politicians are nearly all career ambitious and he's just walked away from the second highest political post he could hold rather than prostitute his independence and integrity to Cummings.
